Went to REXband concert with Rachel, Stephanie, Samantha, together with 13 other Kanektas people, it was alright la. I thought there would be jumping, screaming and shouting our praises for God. But we just sat there. Even so, there were some parts when the performers said some things about God that touched my heart. But overall, I think it was okay. Fun day tho!

Sorry that I havent been blogging recently. School started and I'm really busy. I've been studying like...everyday! Haha. So anw, life's been okay so far but with God, ITS AWESOME!

HAH.

I've been going to starbucks to study the past few days and I study for 5-6 hrs straight.

YES, IRIS IS STUDYING. UNBELIEVABLE.

So yea, anyone can pop by to visit me! Cuz im alone. I cant study with friends-I will end up talking. HAH. And if you ppl visit me, you all can help me take care of my stuffs while I go toilet(:

Went to church today with most if the rest of the confirmants and kanektas people, followed by lunch afterwards.

Everyone else left except for my confirmation camp group. Priscilla was late. So we played pranks on her(:! Its called punishment.:D

Went out with Samantha, Pris, Jem, Cedric and Adeline to Island Creamery, Cedric had to go off early. We then went to Simply Bread and cinnamon toast rocks! :DD

Pris's friend came and took her away!:( haha, so Jem drove us back to my place and dropped us off. Samantha, Adeline and I went to starbucks and chilled till late evening.

School's starting tomorrow!

Another hectic day for me. I went to the bank to do some stuff, again. And then to the post office, followed by tuition at 3, all the way till 5+. Reached home at about 6+ and then had another tuition at 7 20, all the way to 10.

Yea, great holiday.

After tuition, I went home and [praise Lord!] someone is interested in something in our new collection. YAY. [THANK GOD! THANK GOD! THANK GOD!]

Had a really rough morning[when I say morning, I meant 12 am onwards]. All angry, frustrated and sad. Thanks to Priscilla who really helped me get over the quarrels and urging me to pray to God and summon the Holy Spirit. But to tell the truth, I'm still angry and really upset. Those emotional blows that were coming towards me were really harsh. Especially when it comes from your mom.

She just doesnt understand how certain things are really important to me and shouldn't be said like that. Its like...mocking God, I suppose. Her words were rather abusive:(

I dont feel like trying already. Its difficult. Its taxing. Its hurting. It really is.
I diagnose my problem as "Teenage Angst". Just like how everyone else would.

Hello readers! Okay, so I went to the bank today and got my ATM card[praise Lord for that!]. But I had to bring along my confirmation cert if I wanted to register my name as Iris Gabrielle. Then went to meet Adelle at Yew Tee MRT. A lil frustrations here and there. But all has been overlooked!:D

So I went to meet the t-shirt girl and got my "I LOVE NY" tee and "VIP" tee! YAY! Haha. Went on to Plaza Singapura to change my tank top(: and bought some other stuff you dont wanna know. HAHA.

Following, I spent 3 hrs[?] looking for a church that I didnt find in the end. Thank you la, Jem. What vague instruction you gave that led me to a toilet[?!] And I really dont wanna trust security guards alr! Urgh! They told me the directions to the Art's museum which turned out to be a dead end with loads of flowers, trees, moss and fungi. I think that's what he meant by ARTS MUSEUM.

In the end, my legs tired and head heavy, I ended up in SMU's compound. How also I dont know. I then took a bus home.

By the time I reached J.east, it was 6++[?]. I then went to meet my seller at IMM. Shopped a lil and reached home by 7++.

Urgh. I cant stand my mom alr. I find that she is taking that as an advantage to vent her anger on me. Oh wells. Im angry, frustrated and tired of it.:((

Went to P.S today to get some postage stuff for the blogshop, supposedly. But went shopping instead and met Geraldine halfway with her NYC friend, xijun, from china, I think. He was SO irritating, I tell you! He could just debate his way to how good eating dogs were and I would just sit there, filled with frustrations and anger, dumbfounded. URGH!

Then met with their other NYC mate, Aloysius. Another irritating one. What's up with these guys?! Or is it just, me? They are so not cool and they think that they are! Like seriously[!!!]. I kept forgiving them and tried to talk to them nicely but their just so full of themselves! I forgave and forgave but they took it all for granted. URGH! I hope they drop into the toilet bowl, really.

Ok, nevermind them. So, I went to do some shopping and bought a few stuff!

Its a great feeling and you have to really go and feel it in order to get close to God and feel the joy and happiness in you.

IT WAS AWESOME!

I did not regret a single bit when I attended this camp[not tt i ever did] and it really rocked my world. Praise the Lord for that.,

I really made friends, and got closer to God. And all these weren't possible if not for Kanektas, Brother Emmanuel, Father Joachim, the sessionists, the other wonderful confirmants and of course, our ever so precious God.

My expectations for this camp weren't high when I arrived at church on Thursday morning. I thought that it would be boring cuz its like a church camp[and catholic church, mind you]. But little did I know that God planned it out this way, to change my perspective and change me as a person, in whole.

Praise and worship was great. Greater than ever...and so was friendship and LOVE!
